Refund policy

Every Hoes Clothes product is printed on demand specifically for you when you order it — no warehouse, no shortcuts, no returns just because you changed your mind. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the fit.

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at support@hoesclothes.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no charge.

We do not offer refunds on orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Size exchanges are not available. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
